Morning Mindfulness

Following our ancestors' holistic philosophy, "a healthy mind in a healthy body" you will start the day focusing on your body and mind, and prepare for the creative day ahead.

Our retreat aims to slow down time, hitting the pause button on everything that isn't serving you and replacing it with a wholesome experience that will ignite your creativity.

Community & Collaboration

Songwriters can help eachother grow and progress. Through song-sharing circles, jam nights, group dinners and co-writing opportunities, you will have the chance to expand your network and build meaningful, long-lasting friendships with fellow creatives who share your passion for music.

On-Site Comfort

Your room is your sanctuary! It is your personal space where you can spend time with yourself, reflect on the day and write your songs.

Our 5 quaint guest room are shared between two on-site apartments, fitted with their own kitchens, bathrooms and beautiful sitting areas.

The rooms are loyal to the island's traditional decor and architecture, giving you an authentic feel and cultural experience.

Care & Nourishment

Nourish your body with all the benefits of the Mediterranean diet. Experience mouth-watering dishes inspired by Greek cuisine, cooked by our in-house award-winning chef.

All food on our retreats is 100% plant-based to help you detox and feel more energised. Eating plant-based allows your body to go through its own transformation and provides your mind and soul with clarity so you can focus on your craft.
