PARTICIPATION
Can I participate if I'm not a performer?
Yes! The main focus of our retreat is song-crafting and writing so you are not required to perform. If however you would like to improve and develop your performance skills, you are welcome to give it a go! We are all professional performers and happy to help in any way we can!
Can I participate if I'm just starting out as a songwriter?
The classes are tailored to suit a wide range of experience. Whether you're a seasoned songwriter or relatively new to it, you're welcome to join us!

Please note, this retreat is not suitable for complete beginners.
Can I participate if I don't play an instrument?
Even though playing an instrument can be very useful for the creation of melody and audible aesthetic during the songwriting process, it isn't a requirement. Our team of instrumentalists will be happy to help you out at any time.
You will also get to co-write with other musicians who can cover the instrumental side of things!
Do I need to bring my own instrument?
We encourage participants to bring their own instruments. However, we understand that for some people that might be difficult. Please contact us in advance if you are unable to bring your instrument. We will also have a house keyboard and house guitar available for use.
FOOD & ACCOMMODATION
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
All food prepared on site by our in-house chef is 100% plant based, nutritiously rich and inspired by traditional Greek cooking. If you have any allergies, please let us know in advance.

Drinks and snack will be available during class times as well.
What is the lodging situation?
Accommodation is included in the overall price of the retreat. We have a variety of available on site, private and shared. Please note that some of these are not en-suite, so make sure you read about the rooms.
If you are booking onto the retreat as a couple, please let us know in advance!
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Do you have a payment plan?
Absolutely! You can either pay in full or in three interest-free instalments!​​​
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Participants are requested to pay a £250 (GBP) deposit to secure their room and spot on the retreat. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. As for the outstanding fee:

100% refund if you cancel up to 8 weeks before the retreat's starting date.

50% refund if you cancel up to 6 weeks before the retreat's starting date.

No refunds will be issued if you cancel within 6 weeks of the starting date.

* The full payment must be cleared no less than 60 days prior to the retreat starting date (By 03/04/2025)

What happens if the hosts cancel the retreat?
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund including your deposit. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Santorini, so we STRONGLY RECOMMEND purchasing travel insurance when booking onto the retreat. We cannot offer refunds for any other reason.
