You can pay your deposit now and the rest in instalments or in one go after a Zoom call with us where we can introduce ourselves, get to know you better and answer all your questions!

Our Cancellation Policy:
Can I pay in instalments?
​
You can either pay in full or in three interest-free instalments.​​​
​
Participants are requested to pay a 250£ deposit to secure their space on the retreat. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Full payment needs to be received by April 3rd 2025, so you don't risk losing your space on the retreat. ​
If you need to cancel​...

100% refund of the outstanding fee if you cancel up to 8 weeks before the retreat's starting date.

50% refund of the outstanding fee if you cancel up to 6 weeks before the retreat's starting date.

No refunds will be issued if you cancel within 6 weeks of the starting date.​

What happens if we cancel the retreat?
​
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund including your deposit. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Santorini, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking onto the retreat. We cannot offer refunds for any other reason.

Travelling to Santorini

If you are arriving by plane, fly to Santorini's airport (JTR). There are direct flights from the UK and EU. Alternatively, you can fly to Athens airport (ATH) and take the ferry to Santorini from Piraeus port.

Arrive before 4pm (if possible) so you can have at least a couple of hours to unwind and settle in before our evening opening ceremony.
